It’s been a long time since I’ve posted. I never wanted to be one of those bloggers that just disappears from the scene. Oh well.

I’m working now. I’m a teacher at a private christian academy(K-12). I teach elementary computer, and I advise the yearbook and newspaper classes. I never actually thought I would get a job soon after graduation. So just going on the interview was a shock to me. My goal is to eventually be teaching English at a college level, but I love my job right now. The elementary kids are sweet, and make coming to work a joy. The middle school and high school students on the yearbook also make the experience more rewarding. Our first newspaper of the semester came out early this week, and it was a nice feeling of accomplishment. It wasn’t perfect but no one expected it to be.

I plan on redesigning my blog. With the new look I also want to bring in a new theme to the subject. Now that I’m working, and my life seems to be settling in place, I don’t see myself as a young college graduate searching for the next step. Today I know who I am. A 23 year old teacher hoping to make a difference in someones life.  In, short I don’t want my blog to just be a bunch of random ramblings about my daily life.
